Coinback Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") govern your use of the Coinback website, mobile platform, gaming services, betting markets, and all related features. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register and have not previously been excluded from Coinback.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by Coinback or its affiliated service providers.

Coinback reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point. This typically occurs before processing significant withdrawals or in response to internal risk triggers. Acceptable documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all funds held within that account will be forfeited in their entirety. Coinback takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any authority investigating such cases.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Coinback. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different device or payment method – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Coinback will close all but the first verified account and may confiscate any winnings accrued across the additional accounts.

During registration you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• A secure password of your own creation.
• Accurate date of birth information confirming you are aged 18 or above.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Coinback will never ask you for your password via email, phone call, or support chat. Do not share your password with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify Coinback support immediately.

Coinback accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer your account or the funds within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

All financial transactions on Coinback are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies involved at any stage of depositing, betting, or withdrawing. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash – Instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• NayaPay – Deposits and withdrawals via digital wallet

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification steps. Coinback does not charge any processing fee on deposits; any fees charged by your payment provider are between you and that provider.

Withdrawals are processed within the following timeframes after your request is confirmed:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 1–2 hours, 24 hours a day
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 2–4 hours
• Bank IBFT: typically within 4–8 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. Coinback reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or where suspicious activity is flagged by our compliance team. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the Coinback account.

Coinback offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all Coinback promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Sports bets at odds below 1.50 may not qualify for wagering purposes.
• Coinback reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will have their existing bonus completed under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or exploiting software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to account closure.

If you prefer to play without a bonus, you may opt out of any promotional offer before depositing. Contact Coinback support before making a deposit if you wish to exclude yourself from a welcome bonus that is automatically applied.

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting on Coinback, including PSL cricket, international football, and any other betting markets offered on the platform.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet regardless of any subsequent price movement.
• Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.
• Minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Minimum accumulator stake is Rs 100. Maximum stakes and payout limits vary by market and event and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• If a match or event is postponed or abandoned before reaching the minimum required duration for bets to stand (which will be stated within the relevant sport's specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Coinback's live betting system updates odds in real time; a bet is valid only if confirmed before the relevant event concludes or before Coinback suspends the market.
• Coinback reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error or human error, provided that the error was demonstrably outside of reasonable expected market odds for the event in question.
• Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and represents a settlement based on current live odds. Once a cash-out is confirmed it is final and cannot be reversed.

All casino games available on Coinback – including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and Ludo tournaments – are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface itself.

• All slot and RNG-based games use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are genuinely random on every round and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or bet size.
• Live dealer games are operated by professional studio teams. The outcome of every hand, spin, or round is determined by physical dealing procedures carried out on camera in real time. Coinback has no ability to alter live dealer outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games within the game information screen. Live dealer RTP figures are determined by the standard house edge for the relevant game variant.
• Game malfunctions void all related plays and winnings. This applies to software crashes, disconnections during a round, or any technical error that prevents a game from completing normally.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game after your bet has been confirmed, the round will complete normally and the result will be applied to your account retrospectively once connectivity is restored.
• Crash game rounds are governed by a verified random crash point algorithm. The multiplier at which each round crashes is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by any player action or by Coinback staff.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Coinback and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the affected account:

• Opening more than one account in any name or using any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage including registration, identity verification, or withdrawal requests.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, or promotional offer in a manner not intended by Coinback, including through the use of bots, automated betting software, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Using the Coinback platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to access the platform's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds, whether or not that person has given permission.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to events available for betting on Coinback.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards Coinback staff or other players via any communication channel.

Coinback conducts ongoing monitoring of player activity for compliance purposes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Coinback may suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the closure is processed.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, Coinback will conduct that investigation as efficiently as possible and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email or mobile number. Funds in a suspended account will not be accessible during the investigation period.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting Coinback support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied across all Coinback platforms and products.

Coinback collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
